Ice Machine and equipment bought for Private Ward
We are delighted to announce that an ice machine for patients and a portable pulse oximeter have been purchased for Private Three Ward at St James’s Hospital.
This equipment was purchased from funds raised by Michelle Shaughnessy, who presented us with a cheque for €6,148.81 in 2016. Michelle raised this money through a series of fundraisers including the Dublin City Marathon and Shave or Die.
Many thanks to Michelle for taking the time and energy to fundraise in memory of her father Michael Shaughnessy, who sadly passed away at St James’s Hospital in 2014.
